Yes. In your patient account, you can integrate your Fitbit on the My Connected Apps section, which is found under the Settings section of your account. This can ONLY be done from the computer and cannot be integrated from the mobile app. Learn more in the video below:
Here are the step-by-step written instructions:
- Log into your account on the computer
- Click on Settings
- Click on the My Connected Apps section
- Under the section labeled with the Fitbit logo, click "Authorize Fitbit Access"
- Follow the steps to authorize
- Once you authorize Fitbit, your steps, weight and sleep data will display in your account on the web platform and app
NOTE: Once you add your Fitbit, we will display Fitbit data for these metrics only and you will no longer be able to manually track steps, sleep or weight. So, if you want to continue to be able to enter weight logs on BodySite, be sure to uncheck weight during the authorization process. To change this setting if you already authorized Fitbit, just de-authorize and then reauthorize with weight unchecked.
