If you're on the home page of your wellness account, and your page stopped responding (i.e.: you can no longer scroll through the meals or plans, you cannot click on items, or you are not able to change from tab to tab) there are a couple possible steps to fix this issue. . .
1. Refresh your browser. This is the simplest fix, and often biggest culprit, for this issue.
2. Are you using Safari? Internet Explorer? Chrome? Firefox? The wellness portal is optimized for Firefox, Chrome and Safari and we recommend using one of these three, if possible. You can download a free copy of any of these amazing browsers in just a minute or two which is highly recommended (not only for our site). If you are convinced Internet Explorer is for you, try upgrading to Internet Explorer 10.
3. If you are using Safari, Chrome or Firefox and are experiencing this issue, it is likely that you are due for an upgrade. Make sure you are upgraded to the latest edition of your internet browser for optimal functioning on BodySite.
4. Providers, if you are in the Plans tab and are not able to scroll, a quick fix for this issue is to change the "Show 25 Plans" to "Show 10 Plans" and manually click "Next" to scroll through your available wellness plans.
