Q: I put the wrong cell phone number in my BodySite account, how can I change it?
A: Changing your phone number in your patient portal after submitting an incorrect number is very simple. Be sure to do the following:
1.) Log in to your account
2.) At the top of the screen click "Account" and select "Settings"
3.) Once you are on the settings page click "Notifications"
4.) Click on the button that says "Send New Code" and that will provide you with a blank field to enter in a new phone number.
5.) You can do this any time you submit an incorrect phone number :)
