If I have a plan created and a patient enrolled already, can I still add days to it? And if yes, will they automatically get the updated additional days or do I need to clone the plan and re-enroll them?
A: Any updates you make to a plan in your My Plans library of your account will automatically update on the plan that your patient is on. If today you edit the content for tomorrow, the email sent tomorrow will automatically include those updates! You can add, edit or remove any future content on a patient's plan and it will automatically synch to the updated version.
