If you are a patient and need to change the email on your account, please contact your provider.
If you are a provider using the wellness portal and you need to change a patient's email address, you can do this on the patient's record.
1. Go to your Patients tab and locate the patient with any part of their name or the email address on the account.
2. Open the patient record and look for the edit function (a little pencil) next to the patient's name.
3. Click on the pencil to launch a dialog box to edit name and / or email address.
4. Save changes.
NOTE: We take patient privacy very seriously and will deactivate any account that attempts to send any email to patients without specific consent to emailed.
