Welcome to your new wellness portal! If you're reading this, you’ve probably just been enrolled into a wellness, weight loss or other program designed to maximize your treatment and care. In this short video, you’ll learn how to use this platform to get the most out of your program, care or treatment. First, let me give you a quick overview of how this platform works.
Now that you’re enrolled, we’ll send you helpful content every day by email to support you in the program you’re on, unless no content is scheduled. In addition to receiving this content by email, you can also opt for text message alerts, which I’ll address in just a moment. To access your content each day, you can either just view it in your email inbox or click on the link to go to your account to view the content.
When you log into your account, either on your computer or on any mobile device, you’ll be able to view the daily content of your program, including any videos. Your log in information will be the email address that you provided upon enrollment and the password you selected when you activated your account. You can always change the password on your account at any time using the “I forgot my password function” on the login page of your account.
The main screen you’ll see when you first log in to this portal is your program screen. Click on the Program button anytime to return to your program for today. You can also use the navigation arrows or the calendar interface to see program content for yesterday, tomorrow or any date you’d like.
In addition to the content that may be scheduled for a particular day, you may also have additional content available to you under the Bonus Content tab which can be viewed while logged in to your account. Depending on the type of program you’re following, these might include additional meals, exercises, care instructions or more individualized information just for you. When you click on any of those tabs, the contents will be revealed and you can close the tab to return to today’s scheduled content.
In addition to receiving content, you can also use this platform to track a number of things. For example, you can track all of your calories and the foods you eat using the food tracker button. Inside, you can search from a database of 100,000 foods, including restaurants and popular brands.
When you find a food that you’ve eaten, or that you want to check the nutritional information for, pick from a list of serving sizes to view the nutritional information for that serving size. Then, just enter the number of servings that you ate, choose which meal that food was eaten at, and we’ll save it for you. Right away, you’ll see an updated daily total for your overall calories. If you can’t find the exact food you’re looking for, there are many similar brands and generic choices that match the same nutritional information.
You can get an at-a-glance view of your day under the All Day tab. In the all day view, you can see your overall total calories as well as macronutrients consumed in both actual numbers and percentages. You can also print it.
An easier way to track foods in your program, if you are following the program more precisely, is to use the “Track This” function on the meals in the program rather than having to manually enter the ingredients from each provided recipe. Depending on your program, you may or may not have the ability to track your meals directly from your program content.
In addition to the Track Food tab, you also have the ability to track your body metrics. When you click on the Track Body tab, you’ll see that you can track and chart your weight and several other body measurements. To get started, enter your weight for today. You can also set a goal weight to track your progress. You won’t see a chart of progress until you have two entries but you will see the entries listed below. Each time you make an entry, it’s stored and graphed for you, for each body metric. In addition to your food and body tracking tools, you have the ability to track your activity on your account. You can track steps, workouts, water intake, and sleep.
If you have a FitBit and would like to use it to track your steps and sleep, you can authorize FiBit access by going to your account settings. Just click on the My Connected Apps tab and follow the steps to authorize your Fitbit. Fitbit data will then display in your body tracker and activity tracker by default. You can use this same process for any other accounts or devices that you want to integrate with BodySite. Be sure to check back often as we are always adding additional integrations.
On the next tab, documents, you can view any documents that your provider has uploaded specifically to your account, if any. You can also securely share any document you would like with your provider using the upload function. As soon as you upload documents to your folder, they will be visible to your provider.
On your journal tab, you can keep a journal of anything you’d like. Your journal entries will be saved as private by default. If you want to share an individual journal entry with your provider, simply click to share it.
You also have access to a photo gallery where you can store photos in case you want to track your progress or anything with pictures. This gallery is private to you and no one else can see your photos unless you choose to share your photos personally. You can easily upload photos using the upload button, or by dragging and dropping them into albums from your computer. You can create unlimited albums and store as many photos as you like.
If you have a question at any time about your wellness program, click on messages to send a secure message to your provider. If you have a technical question only, use the Technical Support link at the bottom of any page which will direct you to support articles to answer many of patient’s frequently asked questions.
Finally, if you want to change any of your account settings just click on the Account tab where you can update your profile information and other settings. This is also the place to enter your cell phone number if you want to receive program alerts by text message. Select notifications and you can opt in for text messages alerts and opt in or out of email alerts for your daily program, private messages and other alerts.
This platform is compatible with virtually every mobile device. Simply access your phone or tablet, instead of your computer and we’ll display all of your content in a mobile friendly version. You can use all of the tracking tools from your mobile device as well. Good luck with your program!

The 'remember me' option at login does not work.
Nor does the bonus content drop down. It gives me 3 options but goes no where
Where do I find the eating plan/schedule for the maintenance program?/ Is it still relative fasting with 2 meals a day??? Where do I find this?
