This issue is typically caused when someone tracks a custom food with a serving size of just a digit instead of a digit and name. i.e just "1" instead of "1 cup" or "1 bowl." This issue only happens in the app, not on the web platform.
To resolve this issue, log into your account on a computer and go to Track > Food Food and confirm if you have a food item tracked with a serving name of just a digit, instead of a digit plus a name. If you do, go to My Recipes and Foods > My Created Foods to change it, save the changes and then swap that food item out for them on the day it's tracked.
This should fix the issue for you.
