A: Most issues with the app loading can be resolved in one of two ways. (1) First try deleting and reinstalling the app. This will ensure you have the latest version of the app, as we update the app routinely. (2) Try turning off your Wifi. If you have Wifi on, but you aren't successfully connected to a Wifi network, Apple will sometimes prevent certain apps from working. Try turning off your Wifi and then logging into the app to see if it resolves your issue.
