A: If you can't hear the audio / sound when watching videos in the app, it's most likely that your Ring/Silent switch is set to Silent currently, which mutes videos. This does NOT apply to YouTube or Vimeo videos. If you cannot hear YouTube or Vimeo videos (indicated with their logo), scroll down below the image for instructions related to those.
Videos (other than YouTube and Vimeo) will be muted, even if you turn the volume all the way up on your device. You must turn off silent mode using the Ring/Silent switch. The Ring/Silent switch is a physical switch on the left side of your device that completely overrides the volume by turning it on or off. In order to hear the videos in the app, you will need to click that switch forward towards the screen of the device (no red should be showing).

If you cannot hear a YouTube or Vimeo video (uncommon), you may have the mute option located on the video turned on accidentally. YouTube and Vimeo videos do NOT require for the silent switch to be off (as described above for other videos). To fix your volume issue for YouTube or Vimeo videos, click the mute option located right on the video to make it play sound. See the picture below for reference:
