A: Yes, patients can send photos to you/the entire care team under their account in the Journal & More > Photos section. Once there, they'll add their photos into a specific album. Once uploaded, they can click on it, select the share icon (a square with an up arrow) and hit "Share" to share it with you/the entire care team.
If they want to, they can also make their default setting "Shared" instead of having to mark it as shared each time. To do that, log into the computer platform and go to Settings > My Profile. There you can adjust the Default Photo Sharing Setting to shared or private.
