A: There is a workaround for sending the form to all or multiple patients at once. To do this, create a new plan and then add the form to that plan. For example, you could create a one-day plan with text that says something like “You were just assigned the [name of form] consent form. Please complete it at your earliest convenience which can be done from the mobile app or web platform.” Once the plan is created and the form has been added, you can assign that plan to all or multiple patients. To do that, go to Content > Plans. Hover over the plan, click the blue icon and hit Assign Plan. There you'll have the option to assign to all patients, multiple select patients or all patients on a particular plan.
