In your wellness plans library, you have a number of functions that appear when you click on a plan name to highlight it. One of those functions allows you to place a plan into Design Mode or Available mode. Why?
When a plan is in "Design Mode" it means that it is not available to you or your staff in the Patients enrollment tab, when you are trying to assign plans to your patient/client. We do this to avoid the possibility of you or your staff deploying a plan to a patient or client, that was actually not a finished plan.
So, if you're working on a plan, and it's not ready for prime time, leave it marked as Not Available or in "Design Mode". To do this, just click on the plan name and choose Make Available or Make Unavailable. If a plan is ready for prime time and you're not seeing it as a choice during patient enrollment, be sure to click the Make Available button. Once you do that, you'll notice that they are available from the drop down when you are enrolling patients.
