If you're on the front page of the wellness portal trying to log in and the log in button is not responding, no matter how hard or how many times you click it, you're probably using Internet Explorer prior to version 10. If you use IE 10, you'll be fine but the problem is that most people THINK they're updated to the latest version but they are not.
So, if you're using a version of Internet Explorer that is earlier than IE 10, you're going to want to updgrade your Internet Explorer before proceeding OR choose a different browser. The wellness portal is optimized for Firefox, Chrome and Safari and you can download a free copy of any of these amazing browsers in just a minute or two (highly recommended, not just for our site) :)
If you are convinced Internet Explorer is for you, first be sure you are upgraded / updated to Internet Explorer 10. Then, even if your browser is telling you that you have the latest version, we need you do one more thing. Check to ensure that you're not just in what is known as "compatibility mode" in which case, some critical parts of your browser may still be runing in IE 9 or even IE 8 (scary).
To be sure you actually are running IE 10 completely, open Internet Explorer (you're probably reading this in Internet Explorer right now) and hit F12 on your keyboard. This will open the Internet Explorer Developer Console. You will either see:
Browser Mode: Internet Explorer 10 or
Browser Mode: Internet Explorer 10 Compatibility View
Be sure to switch to / upgrade to Browser Mode: Internet Explorer 10.
Once you've changed to another browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome) OR upgraded to Internet Explorer 10 (for real), please try to log on again. If you continue to have trouble, click on the Submit a Request ticket and our team will reply to you ASAP.
