How Do I Restart a Program or Change Start Date?

BodySite cannot change the start date of a plan on your behalf. The only people who are able to change a start date is either the provider/staff or the patient/client.

For Providers:

1. Open the patient's record inside your account
2. Click on Manage Plans
3. Adjust the Start Date for the plan in question
4. Click Change

For Patients:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on Settings
3. On the app, you'll see your programs listed and a date picker to change the date.
4. On the web, in Settings, go to My Programs. Click Change Start Date
5. Change the date and then click Save
