BodySite cannot change the start date of a plan on your behalf. The only people who are able to change a start date is either the provider/staff or the patient/client.
For Providers:
- Open the patient's record inside your account
- Click on Manage Plans
- Adjust the Start Date for the plan in question
- Click Change
For Patients:
- Log into your account
- Click on Settings
- On the app, you'll see your programs listed and a date picker to change the date.
- On the web, in Settings, go to My Programs. Click Change Start Date
- Change the date and then click Save
