There's two different subscription-types on BodySite (1) Charging a subscription for access to the platform (2) Attaching a subscription to longer programs
Here's how to do it. . .
For CURRENT Patients/Clients
1. Go to Patients and locate the record of the patient you'd like to create a subscription for
2. Select Billing & Payments on the left side of the page
3. Click Subscriptions then the big blue +Create a Subscription button
4. You'll have two options: Platform Subscription and Wellness Plan Subscription (you can do both, too! You'll just need to do one at a time!)
5. Platform subscriptions will be charged monthly for access to the entire platform. For currently active patient records, there will be a 72 hour grace period until they're locked out
6. Wellness plan subscriptions are for you to attach a subscription to a specific plan. Note: You cannot add a subscription for a plan they're already assigned. If you need to do this, you will first need to remove the plan then add the wellness plan subscription.
7. They will immediately receive an email that you've added a subscription to their account. You can also choose to enter payment information now if they are right there in the office with you
When Enrolling NEW Patients/Clients:
1. On the Enroll New Patient Modal, there's a new section called "Subscriptions"
2. Select +Add Subscriptions
3. You'll have the same two options, Platform Subscriptions and Wellness Plan Subscriptions. You can add one or both (or neither)
4. Set your price for either option or both. In addition to getting the standard activation email, your patient will also get a subscription request email.
5. When your patient goes to activate his/her account, the system will automatically take them to step two, activating their subscription
For Public Enrollment Links on Programs:
1. Go to plans and locate the plan you'd like to create a subscription / membership link for. Click on that plan.
2. Select "Sell to Patients"
3. Click the "Not for Sale" toggle so that the toggle becomes green and reads "Sell to Patients"
4. The next toggle should say "Set a Price." To the right of that toggle, in the "Price Patient Pays" field, enter the monthly price.
5. Use the drop down to the right where it "One Time" to select "Per Month." It should look like this (with your chosen price):
6. Click "Submit"
7. Immediately you'll be redirected to the Plan Settings page. There, you can "Sell in Person Now" and go right to the sales page, "Get Sales Page Link" to copy the enrollment link, or "Share to Facebook."
8. Use the "Get Sales Page Link" button to get the enrollment link to add to your website, text to a client or put anywhere such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

NOTE: we handle all declined payments automatically with our integration with Stripe. Patient's will receive declined payment alerts, have a grace period. After a short period of time, if they have a Platform Subscription that hasn't been paid, they will be locked out of their account. If they have a Wellness Plan subscription, the program will be removed if they're behind on payments. We handle that all for you, seamlessly.
