Help with the Innotech Scale

Instructions to sync the Innotech scale to BodySite:

• Log into the BodySite app and immediately go to Settings. Before you use your scale for the first time, you will need to enter your date of birth, gender and height.
• Under 'bluetooth devices,' select Innotech scale. Then, click OK to allow the app to use Bluetooth.
• Follow the screen prompts to pair your scale.
• Once your scale is paired, you will see 'Innotech scale - Paired' > Use Innotech Scale.
• Click on 'Use Innotech Scale' to start using your scale. Make sure to stay on the scale long enough for it to render all 9 metrics.
• Alternatively, navigate to any body metric such as Weight and then select +Add Weight and choose “Use Innotech Scale.”

Instructions to recalibrate the scale, which typically helps to resolve most scale issues:

• Open the app > go to Settings
• Change your sex to the opposite sex and back to the correct sex. Then confirm that your DOB and height are correct (height should be in total inches)
• Scroll down to where it says “Bluetooth Devices”
• If it says, “Innotech Scale - Paired” click that and choose “unpair scale”
• Take the batteries out of the scale and put them back in (battery pack is on the back of the scale)
• Go back to the app to Settings > Bluetooth Devices. Click where it says “Innotech Scale” and follow the steps to pair the scale
• Once paired click on “Innotech Scale - Paired” and select Use scale and attempt to use the scale again.
