There are 2 known causes for this issue:
- No weight log. Tracking exercises requires there to be at least one weight entry as that is used to calculate the calories expended. If you have not yet added a weight entry, please do so. Once you add a weight entry, you should be able to track your exercises just fine.
- Apple Health/Watch or Fibit integrated. If Apple Health/Watch or Fitbit are integrated, all activities/exercises must come from there. Meaning, you cannot manually track exercise or activity on BodySite if you’ve chosen to integrate a device that sends us that data. Instead, users exercises/activity need to come from Apple Health/Watch or Fitbit, but you can manually track on Apple Health/Fitbit if you'd like. In short, you cannot sync Apple Health/Watch or Fitbit and also manually track on BodySite.
